How To Make A Booking

Our "make a booking page" is not fully automated because we receive a large variety of requests, this makes it impossible to give an automated price. If you wish to go ahead and make a booking please do one of the following:

NOTE: If you are arriving at an airport make sure you view the Airport Pick-Up Options & Meeting Points below:

New Customers Paying by Phone:

  1. Go to the home page and fill out the "Try Our Best Quote Panel" (takes about 20 seconds).
  2. Complete all fields correctly, you can type as many characters as you wish so please give us as much info as possible.
  3. Once you have clicked "Get Best Quote Button" you will be sent a quotation, normally within 20 minutes.
  4. If you are happy with the quotation and wish to proceed, return an email confirming your booking, we will then call you for payment details and send you confirmation.

New Customers Paying Online by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal:

  1. Go to the home page and fill out the "Try our Best Quote Panel" (takes about 20 seconds).
  2. Complete all fields correctly. (You can type as many words as you wish so please give us as much info as possible).
  3. Once you have clicked "Get Best Quote Button" you will be sent a quotation, normally within 20 minutes.
  4. If you are happy with the quotation and wish to proceed, send us an email confirming your booking and your choice of payment (i.e.Credit/Debit Card or PayPal?) and we will send your (unique bjs reference number) & (Total Amount £ to Pay, this figure will include any airport meet & greet options you may have selected)
  5. Fill out the "Make a Booking Panel" on the right of this page. All you need is the Reference number & Total Amount £ to Pay:
    • Reference number: It`s the 7digit number that starts with prefix e.g. bjs-1234567 (we will send you this if you decide to pay online)
    • Total Amount £ to Pay: (we will send you this if you decide to pay online)
    • When you enter the Reference Number and Total Amount £ to Pay, click "proceed to check out" and the system will automatically find your booking.
    • NO BOOKING IS COMPLETE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A BOOKING CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL FROM US.

  2. You will be sent a confirmation normally within 20 minutes.

  3. NO BOOKING IS COMPLETE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A BOOKING CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL FROM US

Airport Pick Up Options:

  1. Option 1: Call once you have landed and our driver will meet you outside the terminal at the drop off points. (no extra cost to you).


  2. Option 2: Request a time after landing (e.g.30mins) and our driver will meet you in the terminal with a name board 30 mins after the plane has landed but you will have to pay the car park charges. (will cost you £5.29).


  3. Option 3: Meet & greet service in the terminal (includes 1 hour wait after plane has landed and car park charges). You will be greeted by our driver with a name board and assisted to your car. (will cost you £23.50).

Heathrow

  • Terminal 1 Domestic UK Flights Meet your driver as you walk out into arrivals
  • Terminal 1 International Flights Meet your driver as you walk out by the barriers
  • Terminal 2 Meet your driver as walk out by the barriers or if very busy by the info desk
  • Terminal 3 As you enter the arrivals hall walk directly straight ahead for 20 mtrs, meet your driver by the bureau de change ahead of you
  • Terminal 4 As you enter the arrivals hall walk 20 mtrs towards right, meet your driver by the car rental desks
  • Terminal 5 Domestic Arrivals As you enter the arrivals hall meet your driver by the barriers approx 3 mtrs
  • Terminal 5 International Arrivals There are 2 exits in T5, when you enter arrivals hall you will see Costa Coffee in front of you, walk towards left approx 10 or 30 meters depending on exit taken until you come to a large orange pillar and a long orange banner hanging from the roof (with meeting point south written on it)

Gatwick

  • South Terminal As you enter the arrivals hall walk 20 mtrs towards right meet your driver by the barriers
  • North Terminal As you enter arrivals hall turn right walk 5 mtrs meet your driver
